Leslie Sack is the founder of Moving and Dancing with Parkinson’s, a Master Dancer, Teacher and Movement Coach with 40 years of experience in teaching dance, movement, postural alignment and body awareness to all levels of dancers and movers.
She combines body, belief, breath, and brain work to help individuals
feel aligned, confident, and fully expressed. Her heart-centered
approach empowers people to dance and move through life with grace and ease.
